#166 Hats Off to Halloween 2
Does this sound familiar? Hats Off to Halloween was our very first design #001, back in the year 1996. We've updated the design... changed the shape from horizontal to vertical, added some BRIGHT Halloween colors, and a bonus design. We also added 3 geometric buttons from the Tingles for a fun, optional button pack.
